Cebra's Response

Perhaps having learned from his absolutely insulting response to the first appeal as well as the fact that he waited so long to respond, it would appear that he still had not learned that nearly half of the Maine State Committee was upset with him for bypassing the Executive Committee, followed by the full committee and going straight to the lawyer for a legal answer to what, again, should have remained internal.

Chair Rich Cebra got the response from the lawyer, William Logan, on March 18 and sent it on, along with his memo to Bryan and message to the entire State Committee two days later, on March 20.

At least there was that. But nothing involved in the "decision" even added up.
