Corruption in the Maine State GOP

Rich Cebra wrote this official response to Ken Anderson's appeal of the illegal County Committee election.

It's a very short document, and it does nothing more than explain that the Chair decided that he chose to seek legal counsel rather than bring the information to the Executive Committee of the State GOP Committee, instead of keeping the problem "in-house" and civil, he confirms that he chose to make it a legal issue rather than an ethical one or a procedural one.
